Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day communication with both internal teams and external clients
- Assist in preparing client proposals, marketing reports, and presentations (in both English and Bengali)
- Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing and branding strategies
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, and digital platforms
- Monitor and engage with online communities to grow audience engagement
- Track, analyze, and report performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools
- Assist with financial paperwork, contracts, and related documentation
- Design presentation decks, reports, and internal communication materials using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand identity
Required Qualifications:
- Passionate about branding, SEO, and digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with content writing, editing, or copywriting
- Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
- Understanding of brand development and marketing funnels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
